Each set includes 3 personalized photo magnets. You can upload 3 different photos, with one photo printed on each magnet.

4. What materials are used to make the photo magnets?

Our photo magnets are made using the following materials:

• Clear plastic film to help protect the printed surface.
• Glossy photo paper for vibrant photo prints.
• A thin metal plate for support.
• Black cardboard backing for added structure.

5. Are the photo magnets waterproof?

Our magnets feature a clear plastic film that helps protect the printed surface against water splashes and dust. However, they are not completely waterproof. We recommend avoiding prolonged water exposure to keep your photo magnets in good condition.

6. Can I use the magnets on any surface?

The magnetic backing is designed to attach to suitable metal surfaces, such as refrigerators and metal cabinets. The magnets may not stick to non-magnetic surfaces such as wood, glass, or plastic.

Ordering is simple!

2. Add the product to your cart.
3. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details.
4. Complete your payment.
5. We will prepare your personalized photo magnets and ship your order.

Please ensure that your photos and delivery information are correct before completing your purchase.

8. What types of photos can I upload?

You can upload family portraits, pictures of friends, pet photos, travel memories, birthday celebrations, or any special moments you want to preserve.

For the best printing results, we recommend using clear, high-resolution photos.

9. Can I use different photos for each magnet?

Yes! You can upload 3 different photos, with one photo printed on each magnet. You can also choose photos from the same event or occasion.

10. Will my photos be cropped?

Yes. Your photos may be cropped to fit the 2 × 3-inch magnet format. We recommend choosing photos where faces and important details are clearly visible and not too close to the edges.

11. Can I order more than 3 photo magnets?

Absolutely! You can order multiple sets depending on how many magnets you need.

Each set includes 3 personalized photo magnets:

• 3 magnets: Order 1 set.
• 6 magnets: Order 2 sets.
• 9 magnets: Order 3 sets.
• 12 magnets: Order 4 sets.

Each magnet can feature a different photo. If you are ordering multiple sets, please make sure you submit all the required photos. If you need help uploading additional photos, contact us and provide your order number.

12. Can I change my photos after placing an order?

If you need to change your uploaded photos, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once your order has entered the printing or production process.

We ship orders through LBC Express and J&T Express, depending on courier availability and your delivery location.

14. Do you ship nationwide in the Philippines?

We aim to serve customers throughout the Philippines through LBC Express and J&T Express. Delivery availability depends on the courier's service coverage for your location.

15. How long does shipping take?

Our estimated delivery time is 3–5 days, depending on your location, order processing, and courier schedule. Delivery may take longer due to weather conditions, holidays, or unexpected courier delays.

16. Can I choose between LBC Express and J&T Express?

You may contact us before placing your order to ask which couriers are available for your location. The final courier will depend on service availability and shipping arrangements.

17. Will I receive a tracking number?
